You can’t see your brain, or feel it inside the protective casing of your skull. But science is showing that engaging in certain activities can help to strengthen your brain too, and help protect it from the damage of disease or ageing.

Physical activity is great for brain health but we now know that we can tune up our brain by engaging in social activities to and also by taking on mental challenges.
